In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Earthing.es informs the User of the existence of a file containing personal data registered in the R.G.P.D. (General Data Protection Registry), created with the purpose of managing relationships with users, customers, and potential customers.
SUBMISSION AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The submission of personal data is mandatory to contact and receive information about the products and services of Earthing.es.
Failure to provide the requested personal data or not accepting this data protection policy will result in the inability to subscribe, register, or receive information about the products and services of Earthing.es.
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of your submission of personal data will be incorporated into a file owned by Earthing.es with its registered office at Avenida Litoral, Gandia - Valencia, having implemented all the security measures established in Royal Decree 1720/2007.
Accuracy and Truthfulness of the Provided Data
The User who sends the information to Earthing.es is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data included, releasing Earthing.es from any responsibility in this regard.
Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data provided and commit to keeping them duly updated.
The user agrees to provide complete and correct information on the registration or subscription form.
Earthing.es is not responsible for the truthfulness of the information that is not of its own making and for which another source is indicated, and therefore assumes no responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information.
Earthing.es is exempt from liability for any damage or harm that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects, or omissions in the information provided by Earthing.es, provided it comes from sources other than Earthing.es.
Purposes
The purposes of data collection are the development of activities and the provision of information about Earthing.es products.
Data Transfer to Third Parties
Earthing.es will not transfer users' data to third parties. However, if they are transferred to any company, prior information would be provided at the time of collection, requesting the express consent of the affected party.
Exercise of Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition
You may send your communications and exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by mail to Earthing.es, Avenida Litoral, Gandia - Valencia. To exercise these rights and in compliance with Instruction 1/1998, of January 19, of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, it is necessary that you prove your identity to Earthing.es by sending a photocopy of your National Identity Document or any other legally valid means.
Computer Security Measures
Earthing.es has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of Personal Data as outlined in RD 1720/2007. However, we have additional means, such as state-of-the-art firewalls, as well as technical measures like software for encrypting confidential information and controlling access to personal information, restricted users, security policies, users and passwords that expire as required by the LOPD, and other systems designed to prevent misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the Personal Data provided to Earthing.es.
Earthing.es will not be responsible for any damages that may arise from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns, or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system, caused by reasons beyond Earthing.es's control; delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloading of telephone lines or overloading of the C.P.D. (Data Processing Center), in the Internet system or other electronic systems, as well as damages that may be caused by third parties through unlawful intrusions beyond the control of Earthing.es.

The User declares to have been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to their processing by Earthing.es in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.
