Prices and Payment Methods
www.Earthing.es may modify its prices at any time.
The customer agrees to pay the sale price valid at the time of placing the order in advance by credit card through the secure payment gateway of PayPal (Europe) Ltd, by direct transfer on the PayPal online payment platform, or by bank transfer to our account at KutxaBank.
The price will be paid in full and in a single payment at the time of placing the order. All orders are invoiced and paid exclusively in euros.
Shipping
www.Earthing.es will not ship any product until payment has been verified, except in the case of cash on delivery, where payment is made by the customer to the delivery carrier. Delivery is considered complete when the carrier has made the products available to the customer and the customer has signed the delivery receipt document.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and to note any reservations and claims that may be justified in the delivery receipt document. It is also recommended to submit any claims as soon as possible via our email address: info@Earthing.es. You have 15 days from receipt of the order to do this.
www.Earthing.es does not commit to any express shipping unless previously agreed between the customer and www.Earthing.es. The delivery times indicated by www.Earthing.es are for guidance only, and our company strives to adhere to them. However, delays will not result in order cancellation or compensation, as long as the delay does not exceed 15 days from the time we receive payment, and in any case, the customer will be notified by email, outlining the eventuality that may prevent us from fulfilling the order within the usual timeframe.
Orders under €50 will incur a shipping charge of €5.95 within the entire territory of mainland France. For shipments to Corsica, the shipping charge will be €15 for orders under €50. Orders over €50 will be shipped with free shipping to all these locations. Customers wishing to place orders from other countries are requested to contact us by email at info@Earthing.es, specifying what they wish to purchase and their complete details so that we can provide a specific quote for the applicable shipping charges.
Earthing.es Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Customer Dissatisfaction
If the customer is not satisfied with the product or cannot use it due to the lack of proper grounding or other causes beyond the responsibility of Earthing.es, after the 14-day withdrawal period, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Manufacturing Defect
We cover the shipping costs and send you a new product. This is valid within a one-year warranty period from the receipt of the product.
Return Conditions
Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Products showing signs of use, manipulation, or damage may not be accepted.
To ensure the hygiene and health of all our customers, we request that the device is NOT opened or manipulated before checking the grounding.
Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed the return, we will notify you of the refund status.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
